Terms and Conditions

Last updated: September 17, 2020

Through the on-line ttl.academy training platform, the test leaders cvba (“TTL”) provides online and classroom training services to you in open or company training sessions.

In online training you take a course from one of our teachers without physically visiting an actual classroom with him. Your learning experience goes through content provided using an internet connection. In online self-study you take the course at your own pace without teacher interaction. In live online classes you interact about the learning content with a teacher via online meeting tools.

In classroom training you learn while actually visiting a classroom with your teacher, either in a company or as an open class.

Open training sessions are open to every subscribing participant as long as seats are available. Company training sessions are only open for company members and can be on or off company premise.

For specific training TTL offers an exam (voucher) to consolidate your learning.

Courses, material and exams are in English unless explicitly specified.

By accepting these Terms, either by clicking a box indicating your acceptance or by completing an order, you agree that these Terms form part of the agreement between you and TTL:

1. Membership and account

To become a member of the ttl academy or to pursue training services you will need to provide certain information about yourself (such as identification, contact details, etc.) as part of a registration process. You are responsible for the correctness of this information and for maintaining the confidentiality of any login information of your account. Accordingly, you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Subscription for training

You are subscribed for a training or exam at the moment the order is paid.

For online training, you are granted a personal license for limited time to display the course via ttl.academy. For classroom training, you are granted a personal license to use the received training material via ttl.academy.

In both delivery modes, (attempting) to copy, duplicate, reproduce, sell, trade or resell our training is strictly prohibited. You must use your best efforts to cooperate with and assist TTL in identifying and preventing any unauthorized use, copying or disclosure.

3. Payments, discounts, cancelation and restitution

Training subscriptions are invoiced in advance and are payable by bank transfer or credit card. You must provide us with valid and updated credit card information when placing an order.

All displayed prices are exclusive VAT and all-in.

Classroom courses can be organized as company training. For this format we have special company prices. We make a personalized proposal matching your requirements for the requested training and exams.

TTL offers you at regular times discounts for its trainings. Promotion discount on a training or on a bundle of trainings will be announced on the ttl.academy platform.

The following group discount is always applicable when participants from the same company subscribe in open classes:

  • 2nd participant: -10%
  • 3rd participant: -15%
  • 4th participant: -20%

TTL reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a classroom training.

In the case of cancellation by TTL the paid invoice will be credited.

In the event of a cancelation by the customer following cancelation fees will be invoiced:

  • Cancellation more than 1 month before the course: 25% of the course fee
  • Cancellation within 1 month of the training: 50% of the course fee
  • Cancellation within 2 weeks of the training: 100% of the invoice

The exam fee (if applicable) is not refundable in any of these cases.
